Two Meade High School students were sent to the hospital after their school bus collided with a truck Wednesday, police said.

Anne Arundel County police said a tow truck pulled out in front of the Meade High bus at Jacobs Road and Route 174, cutting off its right-of-way before the crash at 2:35 p.m.

Two students from the bus were taken to Baltimore Washington Medical Center in Glen Burnie with minor injuries, county fire Capt. Russ Davies said.

The accident is under investigation.
