Baltimore Police Chief Harrison says spy plane helped close 2 cases | PHOTOS
Baltimore Police Commissioner Michael Harrison this week announced that investigators have cleared two cases with the help of the surveillance plane program launched in May. But when pressed for details about those cases, police said the program has led them to one homicide arrest and to a person of interest in a shooting.
