Crime Scene - Shooting of McKenzie Elliott

McKenzie Elliott was only 3 years old when, on Aug. 1, 2014, she was struck and killed by a stray bullet from a drive-by shooting in Baltimore's Waverly neighborhood.

The incident sparked outrage throughout the city and pledges from officials and police that the little girl's killer would be brought to justice. But to date, nobody has been charged with her killing.

Matt Jablow brings you the story in this week's Crime Scene video.
