Two men shot in E. Baltimore, police say

Two men were shot Monday night in East Baltimore and taken to an area hospital, according to city police.

Police were called to the corner of North Avenue and Gay Street at about 9:20 p.m. for a call for shots fired and found one man shot in the leg and another man shot in the abdomen.

Both victims were in their early-to-mid 20s, police said. The victims are expected to survive, according to police.

Police have made no arrests.
