Annapolis police are investigating the stabbing death of a woman found Friday afternoon in the first block of Pleasant Street. Officers responded at 2:34 p.m. and found the victim, who was taken to Anne Arundel Medical Center, where she died. Police spokesman Ray Weaver said the department has identified a possible suspect and that the stabbing was "not a random act."
