City man charged with killing his girlfriend

Baltimore Sun

A Baltimore man has been charged in the shooting death of a Timonium woman whose body was found two weeks ago in Virginia. The body of 23-year-old Jerryell Myesha Foster of the first block of Hazy Morn Court was found March 2 off an interchange between Interstate 95 and Virginia Route 610 in Stafford County. She had been missing since Nov. 25, 2009; a relative contacted police after she failed to appear at a family Thanksgiving dinner. An autopsy found that Foster died of gunshot wounds, and the case was ruled a homicide. Frederick Allen Christian, whom police identified as Foster's boyfriend, was arrested Monday night in Baltimore and charged with first-degree murder. Christian, 30, of the 800 block of Appleton St. in West Baltimore was being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center pending a bail review.
