City police have identified two recent homicide victims. Police said Alvin McMiller, 23, was the man fatally shot Thursday in front of a bar in the 4300 block of Belair Road. McMiller, of the 4200 block of Shamrock Ave., was shot several times in the head and torso. Police also identified 20-year-old Jamal Rogers as the man shot to death in the 2100 block of W. Fayette St. on Friday. Rogers, of the 2000 block of Penrose St., was pronounced dead at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. In a separate case, police arrested 23-year-old Montez Faidley and charged him with the Jan. 25 killing of Michael Manning, 35, who was found face down in an alley behind the 1900 block of N. Aisquith St.
