A 20-year-old man was in critical condition after he was stabbed in West Baltimore on Monday night, according to Baltimore police. An officer responded to a report of a shooting at Rosedale and Presstman streets at 8:14 p.m., police said. The officer found the victim with a severe horizontal cut in his abdominal area, police said. He was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where doctors performed surgery, police said.
