One man was killed and two others were injured in a shooting in West Baltimore late Thursday, according to city police. At 11:49 p.m., a man flagged down a police officer driving on Fulton Avenue near Presstman Street in the Sandtown-Winchester community, police said. Three victims from the 1500 block of N. Fulton Ave. were taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, police said. One man was pronounced dead at 12:29 a.m., according to police. The other two - a 21-year-old and a man in his 40s - were being treated, police said.
