Police reports in Baltimore city and county

Central BaltimoreVictim named Police identified Wednesday the man fatally stabbed Monday night in the Seton Hill neighborhood as James Jackson, 27, of no fixed address. Jackson was found by police about 9:30 p.m. at North Paca and West Franklin streets bleeding from a chest wound and died later at an area hospital. No arrest had been made.

Eastern BaltimoreTheft Four bundles of copper wire, all valued at $800, were stolen between Friday and Monday from the rear of Rockland Industries in the 1600 block of Edison Highway.

Burglary Someone broke into New Greenmount Market in the 1900 block of Greenmount Ave. through the roof early Monday and stole 180 packs of cigarettes, six cell phones, several cigars and $400. Total value of the property was $5,223.

Robbery A man was walking in the 1400 block of Kenhill Ave. about 11:30 a.m. Monday when he was assaulted by another man who robbed him of $400 and a cell phone valued at $200.

Northwestern BaltimoreStolen vehicle A gray 2005 Chevrolet Impala with tags 8AL N78 was stolen Tuesday in the 6500 block of Reisterstown Road.

Baltimore Co. – PikesvilleAssault/carjacking Police were seeking three men who assaulted the owner of a green four-door Hyundai that was parked outside a restaurant in the 7000 block of Liberty Road about 7 p.m. Tuesday with its engine running. They then carjacked the vehicle. The car's 49-year-old owner sustained injuries and was treated at Sinai Hospital and released. Shortly after the carjacking, Baltimore police found the car abandoned on McCulloh Street in West Baltimore.

Baltimore Co. – TowsonRobbery Two men, one wearing a New York Yankees baseball cap, entered a liquor store in the 100 block of York Road about 5 p.m. Tuesday and looked around for a few minutes before one drew a handgun and pointed it at the clerk. The men fled after removing an undisclosed sum from a cash register.

Baltimore Co. – FranklinBurglary/vandalism A known female entered her ex-boyfriend's home in the 100 block of Enchanted Hills Road early Tuesday while he was not home and destroyed several pieces of furniture and poured liquid bleach onto his clothing.

Stolen vehicle A blue 2000 Honda Civic with tags GXK 728 was stolen Tuesday in the first block of Blue Stem Court.

Baltimore Co. – WoodlawnBurglary Video games and their accessories, all worth $560, were stolen between Sunday and Monday from a house in the 2500 block of Camberwell Court by someone who entered through a rear window.

Robbery A woman, 82, was walking in the 1000 block of Marksworth Road about 1 p.m. Monday when two younger men approached her from the rear, tripped her and stole her purse. The woman was not injured.
