Man found dead in Towson apartment complex was fatally stabbed, Baltimore County police say

A 47-year-old man who died Friday after being found seriously wounded at a Towson apartment complex was stabbed to death, Baltimore County Police said Monday.

The victim, Dennis Joseph Buckley, was found at 9:47 a.m. Friday with severe injuries in the 6900 block of Lachlan Circle, near his home in the same block of Donachie Road, police said.

“The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has ruled the death of Dennis Buckley on Lachlan Circle Friday morning as a homicide by knife wound,” police said in a Monday news release.

No phone number was listed for Buckley’s address, and relatives could not be reached Monday. No information on a suspect has been released.

Buckley was taken to MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital after the stabbing and was declared dead about an hour later, according to Officer Jennifer Peach, a county police spokeswoman.
