A Baltimore man faces up to 53 years in prison after he was found guilty of second-degree murder and other charges, the Baltimore City State's Attorney said Friday.
Prosecutors said Devon Temple fatally shot James McCoy in the 1900 block of Wilhelm Street on May 22, 2015. A second victim was shot in the face, prosecutors said, but survived.
Temple is scheduled for sentencing early next year.
