An unidentified man found in Sandtown-Winchester late Saturday night was pronounced dead soon after from multiple stab wounds, according to police. Police found the man in the 1600 block of N. Fulton Ave. and transported him to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he was pronounced dead early Sunday morning.
