Baltimore police arrested two suspects in relation to the murder of William Johnson, police said Wednesday.
Frank Barnett, 28, was arrested on July 13 and Carrington Sturgis, 26, was arrested on July 14 as an accomplice in the murder, police said.
Johnson, 49, was fatally shot in the upper body on July 10 on 600 block of East Patapsco Avenue in Brooklyn.
