The trial for the Rams Head Group executive accused of secretly videotaping women in the bathroom of the company's Savage restaurant has been postponed.

Kyle Muehlhauser, 37, had been scheduled to appear in Howard County district court on Thursday. No new date has been set, according to the Howard County State's Attorney's office.

Muehlhauser, who was arrested in February, faces charges of visual surveillance with prurient intent and "peeping Tom" violations.

Wayne Kirwan, a spokesman for the state's attorney's office, said there was a joint request from the state and the defense to postpone the trial.

Amid the criminal charges and civil litigation related to his case, Muehlhauser announced last month that he would take a long-term leave of absence from his role as president of the company.
