The parking lot for the townhouses in the 1400 block of Stoney Point Way has been cordoned off after police discovered an responsive 15-year-old boy involved in a custody dispute early Wednesday morning. The boy's stepfather, Baltimore City police officer Eric Glen Banks Jr. faces multiple charges and has been suspended without pay while the death is being investigated by Anne Arundel County police. Anne Arundel County police established a large crime scene in the Stoney Beach neighborhood of Curtis Bay on Tuesday, where a 15-year-old was found seriously injured and later died; his step-father, a Baltimore City police officer, was arrested. Investigations at the scene continued into Wednesday.
