Federal agents arrested a Baltimore County man Friday morning who they say participated in the deadly riots last month at the U.S. Capitol.
Elias Costianes, 42, was arrested at his home on Open Gate Court in Nottingham, FBI spokeswoman Joy Jiras said. He’s expected to make his initial appearance in D.C. federal court later Friday, she said.
The charges against Costianes were not immediately available.
