A man who was shot outside an apartment and town home building in Essex Monday afternoon has died, police say.
Kenneth Andre Chamberlain, 25, of the 100 block of North Central Avenue in Baltimore, succumbed to his injuries Tuesday after he was transported in critical condition to a local hospital for gunshot wounds to his upper body, Baltimore County police said.
Another man who was shot, a 26-year-old who police have not identified, was also transported for life-threatening injuries, according to law enforcement.
Police said they were called to the 900 block of Ashbridge Drive around 1:30 p.m. Monday for a shooting outside Kings Mill Apartments and Townhomes.

Both males were transported to an area hospital, police said.
A law enforcement spokesman could not immediately say if police knew what led to the shooting.
Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland is offering a $2,000 reward for an arrest that leads to charges.
