A 36-year-old man died after being stabbed multiple times Tuesday in Lochearn, Baltimore County police said.
Police went to the 4000 block of Villa Nova Road at 11:40 a.m. Tuesday and found Christopher Norris Jones suffering from stab wounds. He was taken to Sinai hospital, where he died, police said.
Detectives said Jones was walking on Villa Nova Road when two people approached him. A fight broke out, and Jones was stabbed multiple times, according to police.
The department's homicide unit is investigating and "working to determine if this was a targeted crime," police said.
No suspect information was available.
