Greene, who turned 19 on Friday, was previously charged with attempted murder, armed robbery, assault, in two other incidents in Baltimore.

Police also charged him with shooting a 16-year-old boy in Howard Park on May 23. The boy had been walking home with friends when a masked man in a camouflage jacket opened fire. The boy was shot in his thigh and ran home. Police identified the gunman as Greene.

In the July Owings Mills shooting, just before 8 p.m. officers were called to the intersection of Reisterstown Road and Pleasant Ridge Drive for an assault. The officers found a 42-year-old man who had been shot multiple times.

County police said the victim had been driving on Pleasant Ridge Drive when Greene drove past him and then made a U-turn. The victim got out of his vehicle to confront Greene, who then fired several shots at the victim.

Greene was arrested five days later in Baltimore, according to online court records. Officers near Druid Hill Park noticed a man, later identified as Greene, who appeared to be armed on Gwynns Falls Parkway. The officers tried to stop Greene who ran, but was later arrested.
