A man was injured in a shooting Tuesday night in Loch Raven Village, Baltimore County police said.
Multiple suspects forced their way into the victim's apartment in the 8200 block of Loch Raven Boulevard just after 6 p.m., demanding money from him, police said. He became involved in a struggle with the suspects and was shot once in the upper body, and the suspects then fled without taking anything.
The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment. He is expected to survive, police said.
The county's violent crimes unit is investigating.
