A 33-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a string of Baltimore County store robberies that happened last month, police said Wednesday.
Walter McMillan Dorsey, of Overlea, is charged with two counts of robbery and four counts of armed robbery related to the incidents at several 7-Eleven locations, a Baskin Robbins, a Subway and a Dunkin Donuts.
The six robberies occurred between Nov. 5 and Nov. 15.
They included three separate 7-Eleven locations — one on the 7600 block of Belair Road, another on the 8000 block of Belair Road, and a third on the 8600 block of Pleasant Plains Road
Police allege that Dorsey's girlfriend, Lauren Paulette Valiquet, 28, also of Overlea, was involved in the Nov. 5 incident at the 7-Eleven on the 7600 block of Belair Road. She is charged with one count of robbery.
Police say Dorsey also robbed employees at a Baskin Robbins on the 2300 block of E. Joppa Road, a Subway on the 1600 block of E. Joppa Road, and a Dunkin Donuts on the 6300 block of Kenwood Avenue.
Dorsey was being held at the county detention center on $5 million bail. Valiquet was being held on $1.5 million bail.
