Balto. Co. detectives fear foul play in case of missing Woodlawn man

Baltimore County police say they fear that a Woodlawn man missing since May 2 could be the victim of foul play.

Kenneth Damont Henson, 37, was last seen that day in the Walbrook Junction area of Baltimore around 2 p.m., according to police. His 2007 black Dodge Charger SRT8 was found May 7 in the city's Cylburn neighborhood, near the intersection of Rosalind Avenue and Nurton Street.

Henson has never gone missing before, said Cpl. John Wachter, a spokesman for the police department.

"It doesn't make sense, and he has not left any kind of trace," Wachter said. "Nobody's seen him or heard from him."

The day he went missing, Henson was supposed to meet someone at Leon Day Park in Baltimore, Wachter said.

Henson is known to frequent the area around Reisterstown Road and Virginia Avenue, Wachter added.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 410-307-2020 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP. Wachter emphasized that even a seemingly insignificant detail about Henson could be helpful to detectives.
