Baltimore County Police charged Anthony Fortune, 23, with first-degree murder in relation to a fatal shooting on Sunday morning in Dundalk, police said.
Fortune is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center, police said.
The homicide occurred Sunday morning. Police responded to a shooting in the first block of Center Place in Dundalk around 1:30 a.m. Officers found Tavon Guy, 20, with at least one upper body gunshot wound. Guy was transported to a local hospital, where he died.
Guy and Fortune were involved in an argument that led to the homicide, police said. The investigation is ongoing by the Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit.
