Baltimore County police are investigating a shooting that left a man injured Monday night in Dundalk.
Police said the incident occurred just after 7:30 p.m. Monday in the 200 block of Fleming Drive in southeastern Baltimore County. Police said "suspects" approached the victim and a friend, when one of the suspects displayed a handgun. A suspect shot the victim as he and the friend ran.
It was not immediately clear how many suspects were involved. Police are investigating.
The victim, who was wounded in the lower body and transported to a local hospital, is expected to survive, police said. The friend was not injured, according to police.
