Officers who arrived at the scene found 56-year-old Jose Dela Cruz Esquivel, of the 700 block of Grundy Street in Baltimore's Brewers Hill neighborhood, suffering from trauma to the upper body. He was declared dead at the scene.

Police said Friday that Patrick Glynn Wallace, 19, met Esquivel at a location in Owings Mills where they became involved in argument. According to police, Wallace stabbed Esquivel multiple times and, after the assault, enlisted the help of 20-year-old David Levy Daniels to dump Esquivel's body in a wooded area.

Wallace, of the unit block of Straw Hat Road in Owings Mills, has been charged with first-degree murder and is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

David Levy Daniels, of the 4500 block of Tapscott Road in Pikesville, has been charged with accessory after the fact and is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

The incident remains under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit.
