Detectives have identified the man killed in Windsor Mill early Sunday as 28-year-old Dejuan Kashif Ford of the Pikesville-Lochearn area, Baltimore County Police said in a news release Monday.
According to police, around 4:20 a.m. on Sunday officers responded to shots fired in the 8100 block of Liberty Road. Officers found evidence of a shooting but no victim. A short time later, officers learned a man had been transported to Northwest Hospital with a gunshot wound.
The preliminary investigation revealed that Ford attended a gathering in the 8100 block of Liberty Road when there was an altercation that continued into the parking lot, police said.
