One man dies, another hospitalized after being shot in Rosedale on Tuesday night, police say

One man died and another remains hospitalized after being shot in Rosedale on Tuesday night, police said Wednesday.

Baltimore County Police said Tuesday night that they were called to the 2000 block of Kelbourne Road for a shooting just after 7 p.m.

When officers arrived, police said, they found two men suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper body.

Police said the men were transported to an area hospitals.

Trevor Hamlet, 31, of Rosedale died at the hospital, police said, and the other man is expected to survive his injuries.

Detectives said they believe the men arrived home when an unknown suspect shot them and fled the parking lot. Police said they believe the incident was targeted and isolated.

Metro Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of those involved with the shooting.
