A 28-year-old woman was arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder following a domestic dispute in Cherry Hill, according to police.
At about 5:28 a.m. Saturday, police responded to a report of a shooting at the 1100 block of Cherry Hill Road West. They found a 32-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his arm, and he was taken to a hospital for treatment, police said.
Citywide shooting detectives investigated the case and learned the man, who was not identified by police, was shot during a domestic dispute, police said.
Police arrested the man’s wife, Niquilla Hardie-Kamara, 28, and charged her with attempted first-degree murder, attempted second degree murder, first-degree assault, second-degree assault and firearm violations, according to online court records.
An attorney for Hardie-Kamara was not listed in online court records. A preliminary hearing for her case is scheduled for Sept. 11.
