A 25-year-old man arrived at a Baltimore hospital Sunday night with a gunshot wound in his neck, police said.
The man was in serious condition and he underwent surgery.
Shortly before he arrived, gunshots were reported near West Lexington Street and North Fremont Avenue in the Poppleton neighborhood of West Baltimore.
