The bodies of three men were found shot to death in a home Sunday evening in West Baltimore, police said.
The bodies were found about 5:45 p.m. in the 900 block of Bennett Place by firefighters, who notified police. All the men had gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at the scene.
A few hours later, the street was quiet as homicide detectives and other officers moved in and out of a house near the top of the block. The house had a board over a window. A homicide detective spoke with a group huddled by a nearby home, and a woman in tears talked to someone on her cellphone.
The 900 block of Bennett Place was gated off by police in 2013 after three men were killed there in a short span of time. Officers were posted there around the clock in 2013 after the burst of crime.
Police did not immediately have more details. Anyone with information is asked to call 410-396-2100 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
