Baltimore police are seeking a man in connection with a triple shooting in Northeast Baltimore last month that left a woman dead — though the suspect already had another open warrant for his arrest on murder charges.

Darryl Anderson, 25, has been charged with first-degree murder, attempted murder and other assault and weapons charges, and is being sought on a warrant, Baltimore police said Thursday.

Police have also charged Tierra Fallin, 29, with first- and second-degree murder and other offenses in the June 27 shooting, which killed Gennie Shird, 21. Police say Fallin was in a dispute a neighbor in the Four by Four neighborhood and the neighbor invited Shird and other women over for protection.

Fallin came to the house, in the 3300 block of Elmora Avenue, that evening with two men and instructed them to "do what y'all do," police have said. The men then opened fire on the porch, injuring two other women and killing Shird, according to police. Fallin was arrested last week and is being held without bail while awaiting a court appearance this month. She has no attorney listed in court records.

Baltimore County State's Attorney Scott Shellenberger said Anderson also has an active warrant charging him with first-degree murder in connection with the shooting of Derrick Gamble, 31, outside a Parkville bar in July 2012.
