Two people have been arrested in the stabbing and robbery of a 64-year-old man Monday in Wyman Park Dell near Johns Hopkins University in North Baltimore, police said Thursday night. Officers continue to search for a third robber.

The man told police he was sitting on a bench and reading a book about 5 p.m. at the park, East 29th and North Charles streets, when one someone sat next to him and asked if he knew a place to exchange foreign money, according to a police report.

As the first robber spoke, another robber aimed a gun at the man's head, according to police. Police initially said four robbers took from the man his iPhone, $60, backpack with an iPad, and house and car keys. Thursday night, police said there were three robbers.

The man was stabbed in his arm and lower back, police said. At the hospital, his wounds were stapled and he was discharged the same day.
