A man was found stabbed to death Friday morning in the Pleasant View Gardens neighborhood of Southeast Baltimore, police said Sunday.
The man was found unconscious about 9:30 a.m. in the 1200 block of E. Fayette St. He was pronounced dead by paramedics.
