Man shot in Southwest Baltimore, another killed on east side

Homicide detectives are investigating a shooting in East Baltimore Wednesday morning.

One man was shot and another was killed Wednesday in Baltimore, police said.

A 32-year-old man was shot around 6:15 p.m. in the 700 block of Linnard St. in Southwest Baltimore. Medics transported him to an area hospital for treatment.

A 30-year-old man was fatally shot around 9:50 a.m. in East Baltimore. Police said the man was found with multiple gunshot wounds in a home in the 2100 block of N. Barclay St. The victim was taken to a hospital, but was later pronounced dead.

Police released no information about a possible motive or suspects.

A third man was grazed by a bullet on his ribs when he was walking in the 1700 block of Lamont Ave. in Oliver around 12:30 p.m. The 39-year-old victim said he heard gunshots and realized he was shot. Police did not have further information.
