A 27-year-old man was shot in the arm and leg in Southwest Baltimore Monday night, police said.

Police initially incorrectly reported the incident as a double shooting, saying officers found a 25-year-old man nearby with a gunshot wound to the foot, but then said his injury was not a gunshot wound and occurred after the shooting.

Both victims were taken to city hospitals and their injuries were not expected to be fatal, police said.
