City police are investigating three weekend shootings, one each in West, Southeast and North Baltimore.
The first two occurred Saturday. In the first, the victim was shot in the back by a suspect wearing a mask, police said. In the second, the victim had a bullet graze his head.
The victim in the third shooting, which occurred late Sunday, sustained injuries so severe that homicide detectives were called to the scene.
About 1:38 p.m. Saturday, police said they responded to the 2900 block of McElderry Street for a report of a shooting.
A 21-year-old man there told police he was parked in the 500 block of N. Streeper Street in the McElderry Park neighborhood of Southeast Baltimore when he was shot by an unknown man wearing a gray hooded sweat shirt and a black ski mask.
