Baltimore police identify two men shot and killed and one fatally stabbed since last week

Baltimore police on Monday identified two men shot and killed and one man fatally stabbed in the past week.

Thomas Chambers, 29, of the first block of N. Monroe St., was killed Wednesday night in the Penrose-Fayette Street Outreach neighborhood of West Baltimore. He was found shot in his head and chest shortly after 10 p.m.

William Primus, 64, was found stabbed and unconscious Friday 9:30 a.m. in the Pleasant View Gardens neighborhood of Southeast Baltimore. He declared dead there in the 1200 block of E. Fayette St. Police did not say where Primus lived.

Tevin Haygood, 19, was killed early Sunday in the Sandtown-Winchester neighborhood of West Baltimore. Haygood, of the 2600 block of Lafayette Ave., was killed in a double shooting there about 6 a.m. The second victim, an unidentified man, was shot in his stomach and hospitalized.
