A 21-year-old woman, who was eight-months pregnant, was among three people shot early Monday in the Barclay neighborhood of East Baltimore, police said.

Police responded to gunshots in the area and discovered two victims on the 400 block of East North Avenue near Greenmout Avenue. The female victim was shot in the lower abdomen, and was taken to an area hospital, where the child was removed. Both the woman and the child are in critical but stable condition.

Police also found a 30-year-old man shot at the scene. He was taken to an area hospital and is in critical but stable condition, police said. He was carrying 17 vials, which police suspect contain cocaine.

Police were later called to the 400 block of East Lanvale Street, where the third shooting victim of the incident was found. The 25-year-old male had multiple gunshot wounds in his left arm. He was taken to an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

At 10 p.m. Sunday, police responded to St. Agnes Hospital, where a 23-year-old male victim drove himself after being shot in his right wrist while driving in Edmondson Village. Police said the shooting took place on the 1100 block of Seminole Avenue.
