Baltimore store surveillance video shows suspect in camouflage who shot store employee, police say

Surveillance video shows a suspect attemping to rob a convenience store in the 300 block of South Calhoun Street. Once at the location, officers located a 34 year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body. Baltimore Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect who entered a convenience store in the city earlier in the week and shot at an employee with a shotgun.

Police released video of the incident, which they say took place before 11 p.m. on Tuesday in the 300 block of S. Calhoun St.

The suspect exits a pickup truck and walks into the store, firing at a worker behind a counter. The suspect is in camouflage clothing, surveillance video shows.

A 34-year-old man was shot in the upper body and was taken to an area hospital, where he’s listed in critical condition.
