A man was shot Wednesday afternoon in the same Baltimore neighborhood where residents are protesting the police department following the in-custody death of Freddie Gray.
Police responded to the 1200 block of N. Stricker Street at 12:58 p.m. and found a 21-year-old man shot in the arm. The man was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Officers took two "persons of interest" into custody, police said.
Western District detectives are investigating, and anyone with information may call 410-396-2477.
