A man was shot Tuesday afternoon in Baltimore's Franklin Square neighborhood, police said.
At about 2:25 p.m., officers were called to the 1800 block of West Baltimore Street, where they found a 23-year-old man suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds to his torso.
The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
