Baltimore Police have arrested a second man in connection to a March double shooting near Old Town Mall, the department said Wednesday.
Rico Clark, 27, of the 1600 block of Artsdale Road, is charged with attempted murder.
On March 25, at about 1:45 p.m., police responded to N. Gay Street for a reported shooting. There, officers found one man who had been shot in the arm and a second victim who had been shot in the leg.
Rico was arrested in the 8700 block of Loch Bend Drive Tuesday, and is currently being held at central booking.
A second suspect was arrested June 9.
Delfone Davis allegedly walked into the Old Town Mall area on Gay Street on March 25 and opened fire in the direction of two men, police said. The suspects fled on foot after the shooting.
Davis is also chagred with attempted murder.
