A 22-year-old man was wounded in a drive-by shooting in the Central Park Heights neighborhood in Northwest Baltimore before running into a Burger King for help on Thursday morning, according to Baltimore Police.
Officers responded to the area about 9:30 a.m. and found the man with a gunshot wound to the arm, said Det. Donny Moses, a police spokesman. The injury was not considered life-threatening.
Detectives believe the man was shot in the street in the 2700 block of W. Cold Spring Lane, not inside the restaurant, which is at the corner of West Cold Spring Lane and Reisterstown Road, Moses said.
Police do not identify victims of non-fatal shootings.
