20-year-old man shot in arm overnight, Baltimore police say

A 20-year-old man was shot in the arm overnight in Northeast Baltimore, city police said.

Officers were called at 1:17 a.m., to an area hospital where the victim was receiving treatment for a gunshot wound to the arm.

Police said the victim was sitting in a vehicle at a gas station in the 1500 block of Havenwood Road near the Northwood Plaza shopping center when an unidentified suspect began shooting into a group.

Citywide shooting detectives are investigating and anyone with information is asked to call 410-396-2221 or call Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
