Baltimore Police are investigating after a man reported he was shot in the city's Upton neighborhood Wednesday afternoon, police said.
The man, who walked into an area hospital for treatment at about 3 p.m., told police he was in the 1700 block of Division Street when he got into an argument with another man, who pulled out a gun and shot the victim in the wrist, police said.
No other details were available.
