Police found the boy with multiple gunshot wounds in the 1300 block of North Carey St. at about 3:20 p.m. He was taken to a hospital for treatment and he is expected to survive.
Another 16-year-old was shot in the hand around 3:30 a.m. in the 1500 block of North Fremont St. on Monday.
