A man was shot just after midnight in Baltimore's Woodmere neighborhood, police said.
An officer on patrol was approached by a man suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body. The victim, a 30-year-old man, said he had been shot in the 5100 block of Reisterstown Road. He was transported to an area hospital to be treated.
