A 29-year-old man was shot in Baltimore's Pen Lucy neighborhood overnight, police said.
The man was shot at about 1:20 a.m. in the chest and legs in the 3900 block of Old York Road. He was transported to an area hospital where he is listed in serious condition.
Due to the victims condition, he was unable to give detectives a description of the suspect or suspects involved, police said.
