City police are investigating a homicide and two shootings on Saturday.
Police said a man was found dead inside a home in the 500 block of Dolphin Street Saturday afternoon. The victim was identified as Malcom Alonzo Rodgers Jr., 38.
Officers were called to the home at 1:23 p.m. for report of a person not breathing. When they arrived, they found a man inside with trauma to his body. He was pronounced dead on the scene. Police said an autopsy will be performed to determine his cause of death.

At 11:42 a.m., police were called to the 2000 block W. Pratt Street in the Carrollton Ridge neighborhood where a 20-year-old man was shot in the arm and foot. Police said he was inside a carry-out restaurant when he was shot by an unknown suspect. He was taken to an area hospital. Anyone with information is asked to call Southern District detectives at 410-396-2499.
Earlier Saturday, officers were called at 6:47 a.m. to a local hospital where a 36-year-old man was being treated for a gunshot wound to his chest. Police believe he was shot in the unit block of N. Gilmor Street in the Franklin Square community. He is expected to survive, police said.
Western District detectives are investigating and ask anyone with information to call 410-396-2477.
Police did not provide a suspect description or motive in either shooting.
